Do you really answer at night?
Yes — both of our Google profiles are set to open 24 hours because that is how we actually operate. Air conditioning fails in the evening far more often than at 10 AM, and a call at midnight reaches a person.
Will you tell me to replace the system when it only needs a repair?
No. We diagnose first and quote the repair. If a system genuinely is not worth repairing — a failed compressor on a 15-year-old unit, for example — we will show you the numbers behind that recommendation rather than assert it.
How fast can someone get here?
It depends on where you are and what is already on the board, but we run 24/7 and we will give you a real window on the phone rather than a vague 'sometime today'.
