What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter — your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, city, the service you need and your message. We also record basic technical information about the visit, including the page you submitted from, your referring website, marketing campaign parameters, and your IP address.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to respond to your request and provide the service you asked about. The campaign and referral information tells us which advertising is producing genuine enquiries, so we do not waste money on advertising that does not.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is delivered by email to our own team through our email provider, and it is not passed to third-party lead buyers or marketing lists.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how the site performs and which advertising produces enquiries. These services set cookies and may record your interactions with the site. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site works either way.
Calls
Calls to our published number may be routed through call-tracking so we can tell which advertising produced the call. Calls may be recorded for quality purposes where permitted by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the details you submitted at any time by emailing support@therightservicefl.com. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
