HVAC Maintenance
HVAC Maintenance Plans & Service
Both halves of the system, serviced on a schedule, with readings recorded year over year.

Maintenance is worth doing properly or not at all. A visit that consists of changing a filter and glancing at the unit produces a tick on a form and no information. A visit that measures — amp draws against nameplate, capacitor values against rating, static pressure, temperature split, refrigerant charge, drain flow — produces a record, and a record is what lets you see a component degrading a season before it strands you.
Full HVAC maintenance covers both the cooling and heating sides, because in Florida the heating side is the one that fails silently from disuse. We keep the readings so that each visit is compared against the last one rather than assessed in isolation. That is the difference between knowing a capacitor is at 82% of rated capacity and heading toward failure, and finding out about it at midnight in August.
What regular maintenance prevents
- The overnight failure caused by a capacitor that had been reading low for months
- Ceiling damage from a condensate drain that clogged unnoticed
- Efficiency quietly lost to a dirty condenser coil
- Heating that fails on the first cold night after sitting unused
- Warranty claims declined for lack of documented maintenance
What's covered
- Cooling side: coils, drain, charge, electrical, airflow, temperature split
- Heating side: elements or burners, sequencers, safety limits, temperature rise
- Blower and filter inspection with static pressure measurement
- Thermostat calibration and control verification
- Documented readings compared against the previous visit
- A written summary of anything trending the wrong way

How is this different from the tune-up?
The tune-up is a single seasonal check. Full HVAC maintenance covers both cooling and heating and keeps the readings on record across visits so trends are visible.
