Central AC Installation
Central Air Conditioning System Installation
Whole-home split systems specified from a load calculation and commissioned on measurements.

Installing a central system is the point at which the next fifteen years of a home's comfort and energy bills get decided. Equipment selection is the smaller half of that decision; the larger half is whether the ductwork, the airflow and the charge are right. A premium condenser attached to undersized return ducts will underperform a modest one attached to good ones, every time.
So we start with the building. Heat-load calculation, a look at the existing duct system and return capacity, static pressure readings where the old system is still running, and an efficiency evaluation. Then we specify equipment against those numbers and quote it firmly. On install day the line set is brazed under nitrogen, the system evacuated to a deep vacuum, the charge weighed in, and performance measured and documented before we hand it over.
When a full central install is the right call
- Replacing an R-22 system that can no longer be economically serviced
- A failed compressor on equipment past its service life
- Adding conditioned space the current system was never sized for
- Persistent humidity problems caused by a badly oversized existing unit
- Repair costs approaching a meaningful share of replacement cost
What's included
- Heat-load calculation and duct/return capacity assessment
- Efficiency evaluation and equipment specification
- Firm written quote before any work
- Old equipment removal and disposal
- Nitrogen-purge brazing, deep vacuum, weighed-in charge
- Full commissioning with documented performance readings

Central Florida coverageCentral AC Installation — common questions
Will you check my ductwork as part of the quote?
Yes. Duct and return capacity are part of the assessment, because installing correctly sized equipment onto inadequate ductwork produces a system that never performs to its rating.
