Air Duct & Vent Cleaning

Air Duct & Vent Cleaning

NADCA-member duct cleaning using 100% organic products — the whole system, not just the vents you can see.

Duct cleaning has a reputation problem, and it is deserved — the industry is full of operators who vacuum two feet into each vent, take a photograph and leave. A real duct cleaning treats the system as a closed loop: supply runs, return runs, the plenums at both ends, the blower compartment and the coil. Cleaning only the visible ends of a system that circulates the same air continuously accomplishes very little.

Florida's humidity makes this more than a dust question. Ductwork that has been damp — from a condensate overflow, a poorly sealed plenum drawing humid attic air, or an oversized system that never dehumidified properly — grows biological contamination rather than simply collecting debris. We are members of NADCA, the industry's standards body, and we clean and sanitise using 100% organic products, which matters in a home where the whole point is what the occupants are breathing.

Air Duct & Vent Cleaning — common questions

How often do ducts actually need cleaning?

Not on a fixed schedule for most homes. It is warranted by condition — after water intrusion or renovation, where there is visible contamination, or where the system has never been cleaned. We will tell you if yours does not need it.

What does NADCA membership mean?

The National Air Duct Cleaners Association sets the industry's cleaning standards. Membership means we work to those standards rather than to whatever the job allows.

Are the products safe around children and pets?

We use 100% organic products for cleaning and sanitation.
