Commercial HVAC failure is a business problem before it is a comfort problem. A restaurant loses covers, a medical office loses appointments, a retail floor loses the customers who walk back out, and a server room loses considerably more than that. The cost of the downtime usually exceeds the cost of the repair by a wide margin, which is why response time and honest communication about timing matter more here than anywhere else.

We work on packaged rooftop units, commercial split systems, mini-splits and multi-zone systems, and we schedule around operating hours where the work allows it — early mornings, evenings, overnight. Diagnosis covers the full system including the controls and economiser, and where a part has to be sourced we will tell you the realistic timeline and what temporary measures are available while you wait, rather than leaving you to guess.

One thing we will tell you before we come out rather than after. We hold a Florida Class B air conditioning licence (CAC1821027), which covers equipment up to 25 tons of cooling and 500,000 BTU of heating per unit. That is the great majority of light-commercial equipment — most restaurant, retail, office and medical-suite rooftops sit well inside it. If your building runs something larger, we will say so on the phone and point you at a Class A contractor, because a contractor who takes a job outside their licence class cannot pull the permit for it.
